Representing uncertainty in group decision making through the hesitant information set approach

In multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM), different types of uncertainties co-exist on account hesitancy, vagueness, and incompleteness besides the diversity in evaluations. To cater to this problem representing such uncertain evaluations their original form, new datastructures have been proposed. regard, concept hesitant information set (HIS) [Applied Soft Computing, 2018] is great significance. add its usefulness representation vague evaluations, it extended continuous interval-valued domains. A number illustrative examples are included show worth real-world decision-making. The basic operations for them, along with properties, investigated. real case-study included.
